Copyright and Fair Use Guidelines
Copyright law is confusing and confounding. Trying to explain to 6th graders why they can’t use a popular song to play during their slide show is difficult. I had to do some research on copyright and fair use and I came across several very good resources to help you understand this very complex issue. It may seem daunting but our students need to know and understand the ethics involved in copyright and plagerism.
